No-Fit, No-Fee Before Installation

We check compatibility before installation. If the planned lock cannot be properly installed onsite and we cannot provide a suitable compatible alternative, you will not be charged for the unsuccessful installation.

30-Day Workmanship Guarantee After Installation

If an issue is confirmed to have been caused by our installation workmanship within 30 days, we will return and rectify the workmanship issue without an additional workmanship charge.

Handing a house key to a helper, a cleaner or a contractor means trusting that the key comes back. With an app lock, there is no key to hand over and nothing to take back. That is why every lock in this collection has an app.

Three kinds of PIN

  • Permanent PIN: for the family.
  • Periodic PIN: works only on the days and hours you set. Use it for a helper's routine or a cleaner who comes every Thursday morning. The Mercury X6, Mercury V6, Mercury X5 and Aqara locks support it.
  • One-time PIN: stops working after it is used once. Send it to the aircon technician or plumber. The Mercury X6 and Aqara locks such as the Aqara A100 and Aqara D100 support it.

Remove access in seconds

When a helper leaves, delete her PIN, card, fingerprint or face profile in the app. There is no locksmith and no lock to change, and everyone else's access stays as it is.

Unlocks are logged

Unlocks are logged in the app with a timestamp, so you can see when the door was opened without having to ask.

Mercury or Aqara?

  • Mercury X6, V6 and X5: face and palm vein for the family, plus a door viewer or camera to see who is outside. The X6 is the Mercury model with one-time PINs.
  • Aqara: a strong app with one-time and periodic PINs across the range, plus Apple Home Key. Remote access needs an Aqara hub.

Wi-Fi

App features on any brand need a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network: Mercury locks connect to it directly, and Aqara locks connect through an Aqara hub. If the Wi-Fi goes down, the PINs, cards and faces already set up keep working.
