Matter over Thread
Matter over Thread support connects the U500 natively to Google Home, Apple Home, Alexa and SmartThings, with a gyroscope-based sensor that detects the door's open/closed status for reliable auto-locking rather than relying on a timer alone.
Access Management & Alerts
Set temporary or scheduled PINs for guests and helpers, enable Do Not Disturb or Away mode for privacy or travel, and review unlock history and activity logs through the app. Low-battery alerts and OTA firmware updates keep the lock current without manual intervention.
