Interlock Mercury X6: Singapore's premium facial recognition digital lock
The Interlock Mercury X6 is a premium facial recognition smart lock for Singapore homes, with a built-in door viewer, 3D face recognition and palm vein access, plus optional door and gate bundles with the Mercury G3 or G4 gate lock.

Palm vein and face unlock for parents whose fingerprints don't scan
Dad's old fingerprint lock now takes him three or four tries. Worn, dry fingerprints are common as we age.
The X6 gives him two easier ways in. Palm vein reads the veins under the skin, so worn fingertips don't matter, and face recognition needs no touch at all. Both work for anyone from about 1.0m to 2.0m tall, and the 3D scan checks for a live face, so a photo can't open your door.

Built-in door viewer and video intercom: see who's outside before you open
10pm, the doorbell rings, and you weren't expecting anyone. Instead of opening the door, you check the 4 inch screen inside, talk through the two-way audio intercom, and decide.
Video is one-way, so they can't see into your home. When you're out, the doorbell alerts your phone and you answer from the app.
One-time PINs for helpers, contractors and guests
Aircon servicing on Tuesday while you're at work? Send the technician a one-time PIN that expires after use. Your helper gets a periodic PIN for set times, and Grandma gets her own face profile.
Every unlock is logged in the app with the method, time and user.
Door and gate unlock together with Mercury gate lock sync
Most HDB homes have two locks: the gate and the main door. Pair the X6 with a Mercury G3 or G4 gate lock and both unlock together in one scan.
What if the battery runs out?
- Rechargeable battery pack. Up to 4 months per charge. A monthly top-up is a good habit, but it isn't a must.
- Low battery reminders warn you well before it runs flat.
- USB-C emergency power. If it ever does run flat, plug a phone power bank into the USB-C port and unlock as normal.
- Mechanical key backup, with 2 keys included.
And if Wi-Fi goes down, every method except the app still works.

Smart lock for HDB, condo and landed doors, installed free
A slim 19mm aluminium alloy body fits most modern wooden doors, with a Class C anti-pry cylinder for real security. Auto lock means the door locks itself behind you, and double lock adds extra security at night.

If your router combines 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz under one network name, set up a separate 2.4 GHz network before installation, as combined networks may not pair. Note: Some WiFi 7 routers have trouble pairing with smart locks, so a compatible 2.4 GHz network may be needed.
Yes. WiFi is mainly needed for remote app features. If WiFi is down, you can still unlock using non-app methods such as facial recognition, palm vein recognition, fingerprint, PIN code, card, or mechanical key.

The Mercury X6 requires more than 80mm distance between the door and gate. This helps ensure the lock has enough clearance and does not clash with the gate when the door is closed.
The Mercury X6 requires more than 130mm distance between the door edge and the internal handlebar if there is one. If the handlebar is too close to the lock area, installation may not be suitable.
No. The Mercury X6 is designed for wooden or solid core doors. For metal gates, glass doors, or sliding doors, a dedicated gate, glass, or sliding lock model would be more suitable.
Not every wooden door is suitable. Compatibility depends on door thickness, door gap, lock area, frame alignment, existing lock position, internal handlebar clearance, and door-to-gate distance. Our team will check your photos before confirming suitability.
You should send clear photos of the front and back of your door, the side of the door, the current lock area, the door frame, and a photo showing the door and gate closed together if you have a gate. If there is an internal handlebar, include a photo showing the distance from the door edge to the handlebar.
