We check compatibility before installation. If the planned lock cannot be properly installed onsite and we cannot provide a suitable compatible alternative, you will not be charged for the unsuccessful installation.

30-Day Workmanship Guarantee After Installation

If an issue is confirmed to have been caused by our installation workmanship within 30 days, we will return and rectify the workmanship issue without an additional workmanship charge.

Replacing an old Gateman digital lock

Many condo and HDB units still have the Gateman lock fitted years ago. When it starts failing, you can replace it like-for-like or upgrade to Interlock Mercury. Either way, our own installers fit it, usually within the same week.

Upgrade to Interlock Mercury

Every Mercury lock can replace a Gateman mortise lock. We drill new holes for the Mercury, but its larger body covers the old cut-out completely, so there's no patching.

  • Stainless steel mortise: more rust resistant and harder to break
