Return and Warranty Policy
At Interlock PTE LTD, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our lock installation and retail services, we do not accept returns nor refunds once a lock has been installed. Once installation is completed, all sales are final.
However, if you have received a product that is new, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 60 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase. Returned items must be in unused condition, and any seals or protective packaging must remain intact.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Replacement for Faulty Products
If a lock is found to be faulty during installation, we will replace it with a new one at no additional charge. This guarantee ensures a smooth experience and assures product quality.
Warranty Terms

Product Warranty: All locks come with a 1-year local warranty covering all lock components unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers defects in materials under normal usage conditions.

Workmanship Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty covering workmanship issues, such as lock alignment, to ensure optimal installation and functionality.

Measurement and Fitment Guarantee: If a lock cannot be installed due to measurement or fitment issues, a minimum on-site fee of $80 will be charged. No additional charges beyond this minimum fee will apply in such cases.
