The Mercury G4 is designed with multiple emergency access options. It includes low-battery alerts, an emergency USB-C charging port that allows temporary power using a portable charger, and DualKey™ mechanical key access from both indoor and outdoor sides of the gate.
Basic lock functions can operate without a cloud subscription depending on configuration. However, extended video cloud storage features may require a subscription after the complimentary trial period. Photo snapshots and selected local storage functions may continue to operate without subscription depending on setup.
