Singapore's First Dual-Camera Digital Gate Lock
The Interlock Mercury G3 uses two cameras to cover both the top and bottom of your gate, giving you full visibility of visitors and any parcels left at ground level — a genuine first for a digital gate lock in Singapore, and a deliberate response to the common complaint that a single gate camera either sees faces or sees the floor, never both. The upper camera handles eye-level visitor verification, while the lower camera keeps watch over the ground for deliveries.
Ways to Unlock
The G3 supports six ways to unlock: fingerprint, passcode, NFC card/tag, facial recognition, palm vein recognition, and remote unlock via app or Wi-Fi — so every household member has a comfortable option, with plenty of registration room for a large extended household or a small managed property.
Temporary and Scheduled Passcodes
Beyond permanent passcodes for regular household members, the G3 supports one-time passcodes that work exactly once before expiring — ideal for a single delivery or a repairman — and scheduled passcodes that only function during set days or hours, suited to a weekly cleaner or a fixed work schedule, without you needing to remember to switch them off afterwards. An anti-peep virtual PIN lets you pad your real passcode with decoy digits, so someone watching you enter it can't simply read off the real code.
Security Monitoring
Tamper detection flags forced-entry attempts or unusual motion around the gate, and the dual camera lets you see both the visitor and any parcel left at the door, without needing a separate CCTV setup installed alongside it. Complimentary cloud video storage is included on a trial basis, with photo snapshots kept free on a rolling basis regardless, and local storage available without any subscription at all.
Built for Full-Home Security
The G3 pairs with compatible Mercury digital door locks for coordinated full-home security, and is designed and installed specifically for Singapore's metal and HDB-style gates rather than adapted from an indoor-first design.

For better connection stability, position the router reasonably near the gate and keep a clearer path between the router and lock where possible. If adjustments are required, using a 20 MHz channel width and fixing the 2.4 GHz WiFi channel to 1, 6, or 11 may help improve stability.
WiFi performance can vary between homes because it depends on the router, distance, home layout, metal obstruction, nearby devices, and wireless interference. Most customers can use the connected functions smoothly with the correct setup, but performance may differ slightly between households.
Yes. WiFi is mainly required for remote app, camera, and notification functions. If WiFi is temporarily unavailable, you can still unlock the gate using facial recognition, palm vein recognition, fingerprint, PIN code, NFC card or tag, remote controller, or mechanical key access where applicable.

Yes. The Mercury G3 supports cloud image storage for recent snapshots at no additional charge, depending on the supported app setup. Images may be stored on a rolling basis and automatically removed after the applicable storage period.
One full charge can generally last approximately two to four months, depending on household size, unlocking frequency, camera usage, motion activity, and WiFi usage. For better long-term battery health, we recommend charging it once a month, especially for larger households or higher-usage homes.
Please charge the battery using the USB-A to USB-C cable provided by Interlock together with a standard 5V/2A USB-A adaptor. A lower-current 5V adaptor can also be used, although charging may take longer. A full charge usually takes approximately four to six hours.
No. Quick-charge, fast-charge, Power Delivery, 9V, or 12V charging adaptors should not be used. These chargers may affect the battery-level reading, shorten the battery lifespan, or damage the battery. Battery damage caused by an unsuitable charging method is not covered under warranty.
The Mercury G3 provides low-battery alerts and an emergency power port. If the battery is fully depleted, you can temporarily power the lock using a portable 5V/2A power bank to regain access. The battery should then be fully recharged using the recommended charging method.
Yes. If the lock battery is depleted, you can use the emergency power port with a portable power bank for temporary activation. This is intended for emergency access rather than regular charging.
Yes. Multiple household members can be registered with their own fingerprint, face recognition, palm recognition, PIN, or card access, subject to the supported user capacity.
For the most reliable setup, register each fingerprint, face, palm, PIN, or card directly through the lock first. The locally registered lock user can then be bound to the correct household member in the Tuya app.
