The Interlock Mercury SD1 is precision-engineered to fit most glass or wooden sliding doors cleanly, rather than being a standard swing-door lock adapted to fit — sliding doors have a genuinely different locking geometry, and a lock designed around that from the start sits and operates more cleanly than a retrofit. A blocked automatic-start clutch mechanism specifically resists forced rotation of the handle from outside.
Ways to Unlock
On the outside: fingerprint, a card-plus-PIN combination, facial ID, and a mechanical key. From the inside: a simple press-button release, a mechanical turn-knob, or app and Bluetooth remote unlock — so exiting is always a single natural motion regardless of which method secured the door. App control over Bluetooth (via the TTLock app) lets you share digital keys, check access logs and unlock remotely from wherever you are.
Access for Guests and Helpers
One-time and timed PIN codes suit visitors, helpers or co-living stays, each with its own expiry, so you're not handing out permanent access for a one-off visit and then needing to remember to revoke it later, with generous registration room across fingerprint, card and facial ID.
Build & Power
The lock ships with a rechargeable lithium battery rated for around 4 months of typical use, with USB-C emergency power on hand if it ever runs flat. The shell combines ABS plastic with an alloy body and a stainless steel lock tongue, built to handle daily use for years.
