Ways to Unlock

Face recognition, fingerprint, a numeric password, card or tag access, a physical remote control, and a mechanical key give you a full set of backup options if your primary method isn't available, so a flat phone battery or a face partially hidden by an umbrella in the rain never leaves you stuck outside. There's enough room registered on the lock for a large extended household, plus regular helpers or visitors, without anyone competing for space. Glow-in-the-dark PIN keys make entry easier at night, lighting up after dark so you're not fumbling to find the right digit.

Dual Sync with a Door Lock

Pair the G1 with a compatible Mercury door lock and both can be configured to unlock together, so you move from gate to door in one motion instead of two separate unlocks — one recognition event at the gate carries all the way to your front door.

App Control & Security

The G1 connects over Bluetooth to the Tuya Smart app, letting you check activity and manage access when you're near the gate, with a built-in doorbell pushing notifications to your phone the moment someone presses it and bilingual English/Chinese voice prompts guiding setup and use. A pry-proof alarm and anti-peep virtual password add extra protection, and interior remote control access lets you manage settings from inside the house without going back out to the gate itself.

Battery & Power

A rechargeable lithium battery is engineered for smart power-saving and gives plenty of advance warning before it runs low, so you're never caught out by a sudden dead battery. If it ever does run flat, USB-C emergency charging gets you back in using nothing more than a standard power bank.
