A Quieter Alternative with a Unique Child Lock

The Gateman Grab Scan uses a newer mortise design that runs noticeably quieter in daily use than comparable Samsung locks, alongside a child lock safety feature unique to Gateman — useful for households with young children who might otherwise be able to open the door unsupervised.

Ways to Unlock

An English-language voice guide (with an optional Chinese setting) walks you through setup and use, and the lock supports an inside forced-lock (double lock) mode for extra security overnight, engaging an additional bolt beyond the everyday lock state.

Security

A break-in alarm triggers on physical intrusion attempts, and an emergency 9V external terminal is available if the batteries run flat. Made in Korea.
