Technex International Pte Ltd ceased operations as the authorised Philips digital lock distributor in late April 2025, leaving existing customers uncertain about after-sales support and warranty coverage.
What Happened?
Technex International Pte Ltd, the exclusive distributor of Philips EasyKey digital locks in Singapore, stopped distributing these products. As a result, any Philips lock purchased through Technex no longer carries official Philips warranty or support via their former channels.
Who Is the New Distributor?
Ascend Hardware Pte Ltd has been appointed as the exclusive distributor for Philips digital locks in Singapore, effective 1 May 2025. Ascend Hardware now provides authorised technical support, genuine spare parts, professional installations, and full warranty service through its island-wide network.
