SimonsVoss's cylinder lock fob (only) lock regrettably lacks usability, leading to frustration and being locked out. Instead of repairing the Simons Voss cylinder lock, contact us for alternatives that are easier on you and/or the tenant. Alternatives:

Replace the Lock. Add a pincode, card/fingerprint digital lock for convenience.
Change the Simons-Voss lock cylinder to a regular key one.
